Airwell Pumps always struggled to source high quality rubber and polyurethane components for our own products.
To get around this Airwell set up our own rubber and polyurethane section to manufacture high tolerance high quality parts. Since starting this section for our own use we have started manufacturing boutique parts for other companies.
These products range from fully manufacturing titanium fingers to hold ultrasonic sensors and then centrifugally moulding a ceramic coating over them, through to Manufacturing small rubber components for expensive solenoid valves where rebuild kits are not commercially available.
